What you can expect,
and what we ask.
Naya is in private beta. Access is invitation-based and offered as-is while the product is being shaped.Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn during the beta.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your device and credentials secure.One account is for one person. Don't share access to others' private memory.
If and when paid plans open, pricing, billing terms, and renewals will be shown clearly before you pay.No card is required to join the waitlist.
Your captures are yours. You grant Naya only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and show them back to you.We do not claim ownership of your thoughts.
Use Naya for your own private continuity. Don't use it to harm others, break the law, or abuse the service.
You can stop using Naya at any time. If you're on a paid plan, you can cancel without a retention maze.
You can delete your content and your account. Deletion is meant to be clear, not hidden behind support tickets.
Naya is provided without warranties beyond those required by law, and is not a system of record for anything you cannot afford to lose.Keep your own backups of anything critical.
If these terms change in a material way, we'll say so plainly rather than quietly.
