The Room · invitation-only

A quiet room, not a feed.

The Room is a small, invited community on the Naya domain, a place for the people Naya is built for to ask real questions, help each other return, and shape what we tend next.

It is three quiet spaces in one: questions that stay and help the next person, a small field discussion circle, and a roadmap where you tell us what matters. No vote counts. No leaderboards. No notification pressure.

And it is walled off from anything you put in the app: what you post here and what you capture in Naya stay separate, by design.

Three spaces, one quiet room

One room. Three ways to be in it.

Rather than a single timeline, the Room is three calm spaces that each do one thing well, and nothing is sorted by heat.

  • Questions: a living Q&A. Ask anything; the answer stays. A question you ask once becomes an answer the next person finds, one that stays structured, searchable, and quietly useful long after the thread goes still.
  • Field discussion: a small, invited circle. Slower conversation among people carrying similar things. Quiet by default: nothing trends, nothing shouts, nothing is sorted by what's loudest.
  • What we tend next: the roadmap. Mark what would help you most. We read every signal, but there is no public vote count and no leaderboard. Influence without a scoreboard.
Questions · a living Q&A

Questions worth asking once.

Some questions come up again and again. In the Room, the answer is written once and kept, so it helps whoever lands on it next, whether they arrive from a search or an answer engine. A few that already live there:

  • Does Naya work if I disappear for two weeks? Yes. That is what it is for. There is no catching-up screen and no re-engagement push. When you return, Naya shows the context you were holding first, then one small place to begin.
  • Is anything I capture used to train models? No. Your captures are yours. Private context stays protected, and we do not run it through enrichment or training pipelines.
  • Can I get my data out, and delete it? Yes. Export and delete are first-class. If you ask us to delete, we delete it and keep no log of having had it.

Every answer here is written to be useful out of context, so it stands on its own for the next person who needs it.

What we tend next

You shape the room. Quietly.

Mark what matters to you. No tallies are shown, to you or to anyone. We read the signal and write back when something you marked begins. A glimpse of what's on the bench right now:

  • Tending now: a gentler weekly return. One soft reconstruction of the week's threads. Not a report, not a streak.
  • Considering: capture from the lock screen. Put a thought down before the fragment disappears, without opening the app.
  • Considering: Apple Watch capture. A wordless or spoken fragment from the wrist, held until you return to it.
  • Held: shared threads with one trusted person. Carefully scoped and privacy-first. Held until we are sure it can be done quietly.
The rules of the room

What this room refuses to be.

A community can be calm, or it can be a slot machine. We name the refusals so they hold.

  • No vote counts, no upvote scores. Influence is read privately. We render no count to you, the same rule the app lives by.
  • No activity leaderboards. There is no top poster, no badge, no rank. Being here is not a competition.
  • No "trending" or "hot" sorting. Nothing is engineered to pull you back in. Threads rest when they are done.
  • No notification pressure. You decide when to look in. The room does not chase you.
  • Walled off from your private app data. What you post here and what you capture in Naya are separate, by design. The community never sees your context.
A small, quiet circle: opened slowly, never crowded.
